KSE Digital is an entity of KSE and is responsible for content creation and distribution, web/app development, digital advertising and supporting revenue streams for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, Altitude Sports, and other KSE-owned platforms. 

 

Nature of Work:

Serve as the conduit between KSE Digital and Retail, Sponsorship, and Ticket Sales in an effort to maximize online revenue. Analyze, support, and strategically optimize all revenue opportunities and conversions across KSE’s digital landscape, including social media platforms, websites, mobile apps, and other digital products. Managing a small team while working cohesively with content and dev teams and cross-departmentally to maximize existing sales activities and drive new revenue potential through focused data analysis, new technologies, and industry-leading tactics.

 

Examples of work performed:

  • Manage and develop digital monetization team, which is responsible for maximizing revenue potential through digital sales strategies, advanced analytics and reporting, and partnering with revenue-driving divisions of KSE. 
  • Identify workflows and systems to maximize for efficiency in reporting, analyzing and converting against revenue output and growth.  
  • Collaborate with other KSE departments such as Business Intelligence, Marketing, Ticket Sales, Retail, Partnership Marketing & Media Sales, and others, to develop standardized practices and to optimize overall sales approach on digital channels.  
  • Support sales teams in selling digital and social assets based on packaging and analytics.
  • Represent digital objectives and requirements in interdepartmental conversations.
  • Lead all digital/social ideation for new partnership prospects and new ticket sales and retail sales tactics in alignment and collaboration with various content teams’ content strategies. 
  • Work with graphics, video and development divisions of KSE Digital to ensure strategic alignment and maximize revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with various departments, properties, publishers, editors, producers, and others to work towards common goals.
  • Develop efficiencies and workflows across various departments. 
  • Assist in driving revenue growth and potential for all Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, and Altitude Sports social and digital platforms, including websites and mobile apps, social channels, and other digital technologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    1. BS/BA degree in field or related field 
    2. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital sponsorships, and/or other digital monetization 
    3. 3+ years of experience in management and/or leadership position 
    4. Strong experience and knowledge of branded content strategy, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, display advertising, mobile marketing, affiliate marketing, social media marketing and paid social strategies, e-commerce, and other digital sales strategies. 
    5. Strong organizational, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.
    6. Strong experience and knowledge of reporting and management software and technologies.
    7. Proficient with time management.
    8. Available to work nights and weekends.
    9. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
  • Preferred
    1. Experience in reporting and analytics. 
    2. Experience producing digital content. 
    3. Experience working with analysts, developers, content creators, producers, and publishers.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $70,000 - $82,000
  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
