Nature of Work:
Coordinate and work remotes, events and live broadcasts for all three radio stations. Assist Digital Manager with website maintenance, social media and digital content.
Examples of work performed:
- Coordinate and attend Live Broadcasts, remotes, appearances and events for MIX 100, KOOL 105 and Altitude Sports 92.5.
- Create action plans for Live Broadcasts, remotes and events
- Update the websites for KOOL 105 and MIX 100 including concert calendar and weekly prizes
- Create and send e-blasts for MIX 100 and KOOL 105
- Post rules for station contests
- Create artwork for website sliders and social media posts for MIX 100 and KOOL 105
- Assist the Marketing Director in developing cross marketing opportunities with the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth and Colorado Rapids.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager on projects when needed
- Create and communicate event schedules, duties, etc. to part-time promo staff
- Leads the training of part-time promo staff
- Attend weekly promotion meetings
- Responsible for calling prize winners and coordinating prize fulfillment
- Other duties as assigned by Marketing Director or General Manager

Qualifications
- Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree, major in communication, public relations or marketing
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience in website design
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Skill in word processing and spreadsheet programs (MS Word and Excel preferred), Power Point
- Experience with event planning and execution
- Understanding of marketing concepts and brand management with various target demographics
- Possess strong creative problem-solving skills and have high level of attention to detail.
- Must have strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills and creativity are integral to this position
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment and produce under tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
Digital Experience
- Experience in content capture and social media publishing
- Experience in website management, design or curation (Wordpress, SquareSpace, Wix, etc)
- Experience tracking and reporting across social media platforms
- Experience capturing and/or producing digital content on mobile phones, DSLRs, GoPros, etc
- Experience working with content creators, producers, or publishers
Compensation
- Base hourly range - $26.45 per hour
