Nature of Work:
The Booking Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative and financial functions of the Booking Department, helping ensure the booking process remains organized and efficient from initial inquiry through event settlement. The position assists with calendar management, offers and booking documentation, rental inquiries, event and department tracking, internal communications, and settlement preparation and processing.

The position assists with calendar management, offers and booking documentation, rental inquiries, event and department tracking, internal communications, and settlement preparation and processing.
Examples of work performed:
- Prepares P&Fs and preliminary settlements.
- Assists with the preparation and distribution of offers, deal summaries, and other booking-related documentation as directed by the VP and Director of Booking.
- Assists with calendar management, including placing holds, sending availabilities, updating event status, and maintaining overall calendar accuracy.
- Manages rental inquiries and rental event administration.
- Prepares and maintains booking memos.
- Maintains booking grids, tracking reports, and department databases.
- Manages comp ticket requests.
- Coordinates New Event emails and FEC communications.
- Creates and maintains event folders and settlement documentation.
- Assists with event settlement processing.
- Prepares and processes Paramount Theatre NOS settlements.
- Provides general administrative support for the Booking Department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days.
- Ability to work extended hours during periods of high event volume as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in live entertainment, venue operations, booking, event management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entertainment Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a venue, live entertainment, booking, or event environment.
- Experience with event settlements, booking calendars, or related financial/event documentation.

Compensation:
- 28.00/ hour
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
