Nature of Work:

  • Responsible for building, executing & maintaining strategic business partnerships that directly impact the Ball Arena, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Mammoth Partnership Marketing & Media Sales renewal and revenue goals.
  • Works with Activation Team on building a positive culture within the department, emphasizing relationships, revenue and rewards with our colleagues, clients and throughout KSE.

 

 

Examples of work performed:

  • Implements all contractual assets including but not limited to, in-market and in-arena activations, digital & social media campaigns, hospitality & community programs etc. for partners of Ball Arena, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche and the Colorado Mammoth
  • Partners with numerous internal departments such as game entertainment, facilities, marketing, creative services, community relations, ticket sales etc. as part of the activation process
  • Collaborates with Sales Team and direct leadership on strategic campaigns that are aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives
  • Responsible for executing season end recap presentations, including ROI measurements, statistics, imagery, video, etc.
  • Leads recommendation on partner renewal strategies based on best practices, season successes and areas of opportunity
  • Supports Sr. Account Managers and Account Managers in executing various components of their key global accounts
  • Executes and delegates game day responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    1. One to three years in the sports/entertainment industry and/or account management including, partnership marketing, brand marketing, event marketing or team/agency experience
    2. Experience in strategic multi-facetted digital and brand marketing campaigns
    3. Driver’s License
  • Preferred
    1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Business, Sports Marketing and/or Sports Management degree preferred

 

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must showcase the following: multi-tasking, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, collaboration, ability to prioritize projects, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to write clearly and effectively, with solid verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required
  • Proficiency in KORE-CRM proficiency preferred

 

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $19.23/hr. + Overtime
  • Eligible for overtime pay and annual discretionary bonus
