Job Summary:

The Ticket Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a wide variety of responsibilities that support the Ticket Sales department and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate daily sales reports, call reports, unpaid account report, and update sales board to provide to management.
  • Oversee and train interns and new employees on ticketing system and department processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate/administer sales department needs to include ticket requests, time off, and purchase orders.
  • Organize and coordinate season ticket holder & sales events.
  • Respond to fan inquiries via email.
  • Process ticket orders in the ticketing system when necessary
  • Coordinate all department mailings.
  • Assemble pre-homestand meeting reports and coordinate game day responsibilities during each homestand.
  • Produce scoreboard message reports.
  • Act as liaison between Ticket Sales and all other departments
  • All other duties as assigned.


Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Strong computer, verbal, and writing skills working knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, data management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales/customer service background is a plus.


Working Conditions:

  • Office environment
  • Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours required.
