Job Summary:
The corporate partnership activation coordinator is responsible for assisting the team in delivering the highest level of service to all of our partners. The activation coordinator will assist in the successful and timely implementation of contractual elements pertaining to sports and entertainment partners. This position is responsible for managing the execution of sponsorships, game-day activations, special events, recapping partnerships, calculating overall value of partnerships, and reporting results.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum (2) years related experience (Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work).
Understanding of marketing, advertising and public relations principles and the ability to think creatively and outside of the box.
Willingness to learn in a face paced environment.
Demonstrated highly developed verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Evidence of organization and planning and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, under pressure with tight deadlines.
Previous experience in a position requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Internet or other web-based applications and databases.
Desired: previous experience working in the sports industry.
Working Conditions:
This position will work in event environment and maybe subject to varied temperatures.
This position will be required to work long and unpredictable hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.
