KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Work inside and outside of the control room during Detroit Tigers home games and select events at Comerica Park. 

  • Work closely with game day crew and full-time staff to ensure production standards are met. 

  • Assist with field shoots and camera operation. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to develop engaging and effective in-game solutions. 

  • Logging of highlights and historical footage while maintaining a catalog video library. 

  • Basic editing utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects. 

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

  • The ideal candidate must be at least a college senior, recent graduate (within 6 months). 

  • Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and the ability to multi-task activities. 

  • Strong decision making, problem resolution, communication, and creative thinking skills. 

  • Experience in a prior role or similar field is a plus. 

  • The ideal candidate must be willing to work longs hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. 

  • Preferred candidates will have some proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.  

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

  • Frequent visual/auditory attention. 

  • Exposure to high noise levels. 

  • Occasional outdoor work on game days. 

  • Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
