Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for the selling and processing of single ticket sales to events at Comerica Park. 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Process single game/event ticket sales at the Box Office. 
  • Distribute Will Call tickets for events and baseball games. 
  • Provide information to patrons concerning games and events as well as ticket policies.
  • May also work Will Call, Customer Service and In House windows, and any other ticket related duties
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ticket any patron ticket access issues

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be available nights, weekends and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system (Tickets.com)
  • Excellent skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving
  • Accuracy in handling financial transactions
  • Experience with computerized ticketing systems are desirable, particularly in ticketing software (preferably Tickets.com)
  • Position covered under Local 757.
