Job Summary
This role will be hired specifically to help capture, create and post content to 313 Presents’ various social media accounts during the summer concert season.
Essential Job Functions
- Capture compelling, platform-native content before, during, and after events that align with 313 Presents’ brand voice and social strategy
- Execute real-time social publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, helping drive audience engagement, conversation, and follower growth
- Contribute to campaign ideation by researching trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations that can inform social concepts
- Maintain fluency in evolving social trends, formats, and best practices - with a strong understanding of what performs on short-form video platforms
- Support community engagement efforts, including social listening and audience interaction, using tools like Sprout Social
- Utilize creative tools such as Canva to assist with graphic and short-form content creation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Sponsorship teams to execute approved branded and promotional content
Education/Experience
- High school diploma required
- Previous internship experience recommended
- College students recommended with a preferred concentration in social media content, marketing, communications or related field
Minimum Skills & Abilities
- High level of resourcefulness, initiative and good judgment, setting priorities and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective verbal communication skills
