Job Summary:
Within Premium Sales and Sponsorships at 313 Presents, candidates will have hands on learning experience working behind the scenes of the entertainment industry. A summer season with 313 Presents includes working other departments within the organization to give the full picture of what goes into managing a season tickets and sponsorship program.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in lead list research and outbound call efforts with all members of Premium Sales team.
Assist in the coordination of season member and sponsor related events and programs.
Asset fulfillment for sponsorship contracts.
Assist in producing end of season sponsorship recaps.
Manage ticket orders for Premium and Sponsorship requests.
Experience in other departments including event productions and marketing.
Work concerts and events alongside Premium Sales and Sponsorship Activation Team members to learn the full day-to-day of managing premium spaces and sponsorship activation on show days.
Seek out social media content in premium spaces and sponsorship promotions for marketing and promotional use.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be enrolled in college courses or recent graduate.
Must be able to commit to the full summer concert season (mid-May through end of August or September).
Open Availability - hours will vary each week based on the concert and event schedule
Must be willing to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Applicants must have a reliable personal vehicle to get to all 313 Presents venues
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be highly organized, able to exercise professionalism and good judgement.
Must be flexible and willing to take on different responsibilities on a show-by-show basis

Self-starters, go-getters, and motivated individuals who are eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Great customer service skills.
Emotional intelligence and an ability to evaluate situations objectively.
Working Conditions:
Job may require spending an extended period outdoors in various conditions, lifting and transporting items up to 50 lbs. and multiple hours on your feet.
