Digital Marketing & Email Assistant
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the execution of cross-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web, and paid ads. This role is ideal for someone with foundational digital marketing experience who is eager to grow their skills in lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, and performance analysis within a fast-paced live entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Develop and execute recurring communications, including “Know Before You Go” messaging, to support event readiness.
Assist in promotional campaign execution across email, including newsletters, ticket offers, corporate access, and giveaways.
Route and proof email communications to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
Support SMS marketing program and vendor relationship with TapOnIt.
Build and maintain SMS campaigns and automated subscriber journeys, including opt-in flows and triggered messaging.
Segment audiences based on behavioral and interest data (e.g., genre preferences, engagement history).
Assist with campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization.
Coordinate ticket giveaway initiatives to drive database growth, including setup, targeting, and winner selection logistics.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to support audience list creation for targeted campaigns.
Ensure campaign alignment across internal stakeholders, including marketing, premium, sponsorship, and booking teams.
Support analyzing campaign analytic performance across email and SMS, including key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, conversions, and revenue.
Support monthly reporting and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Assist with website updates and content management using Carbonhouse CMS and Spinzo.
Support campaign setup across digital platforms to ensure consistency in messaging and user experience.
Code and route Meta invoices for internal tracking and approval.
Keep current with digital marketing best practices.
Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
One (1) year of experience in digital marketing, email, SMS, or related field (internship or part-time experience acceptable).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer is a plus).
Basic understanding of audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
A natural problem solver who likes to test things.
A strong content editor.
A passion or desire to learn more about digital marketing and media.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
Experience with Adobe Journey Optimize or other email management systems.
Experience with WordPress or other website management systems.
Experience in digital marketing through coursework/internship.
Experience with SMS marketing platforms.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic web updates.
Interest in live entertainment, events, or fan engagement marketing.
