POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in all aspects of ticket operations and will be an integral member in the execution of building and maintaining ticketed events, ticket distribution, and other key platforms. In addition, the department prides itself on providing exceptional support to all staff and fans in attendance at home games.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED, TO THE BELOW:
·         Assist with the creation and maintenance of ticketed events including renewals, playoffs, and single games
·         Build and manage seating manifest, price codes, promotions, and holds
·         Work closely with all departments to provide front line ticketing support that includes fulfillment and processing, through a service-oriented mindset
·         Coordinate best practices, policies, and reporting with Finance department including assisting with game settlements
·         Help manage ticket initiatives with third-party vendors such as Ticketmaster and Fevo
·         Attends and works Philadelphia 76ers home games and other events as required such as Select-A-Seat and Open Houses
·         Box office duties on game day including, but not limited to, providing front end support to box office manager, window sellers, and guest services on game night
·         All other tasks, responsibilities, and projects that may be assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
·         Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
·         Minimum of 2+ years of ticketing experience preferred
·         Knowledge of Archtics and Host ticketing preferred
·         Proficient with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
·         Strong math skills and attention to detail
·         Possess excellent customer service skills
·         Remains organized in a very fast paced and dynamic work environment
·         Able to work varying schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
 
WORKING CONDITIONS:
·         Travel Requirements: (e.g.) May be required to travel occasionally, including between HBSE’s various offices; trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay.
·         Work Environment: (e.g.) This position generally requires that work primarily be performed from the 76ers’ office in Camden, NJ, and requires attendance at events taking place at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
·         Physical Requirements: (e.g.) Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
 
 
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
 
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to start at $45,000. This position will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.  Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position will be an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
