VP, BRAND CONSULTING OVERVIEW: 

This role sits on Elevate's Brand Consulting team. The Brand Consulting vertical for Elevate focuses on consultative services and building platforms/programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing with domestic and international brands. The VP will report to the EVP, Brand. The individual must thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, be eager to take on new challenges and opportunities, as well as transition across a variety of sports partnerships based on the needs of the account & the overall business. A successful candidate has exceptional client management skills, strong business development acumen and a proven record of leading programs for world class brands. Must be a creative and proactive thinker, with the ability to connect disparate pieces of a puzzle into integrated, multi-channel programs in and around sports, entertainment and lifestyle properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Executive oversight of clients and project leadership for multiple brands with partnerships in the sports and experiential space 
● Oversee the day-to-day leadership and delivery of the client programs
● Oversee program execution for assigned clients
● Oversee and lead integrated project management across multiple disciplines and departments, internal and external to Elevate
● Provide on-going thought-leadership for client and new business opportunities
● Build and maintain exceptional client and industry relationships
● Work with the relevant Elevate verticals including Insights, Creative etc to provide the necessary support & services for our clients 
● Maintain strong understanding of the general sports marketing landscape to proactively identify relevant opportunities & trends for our clients

QUALIFICATIONS:
The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. A.  Education and/or Experience
● Bachelor’s degree
● 12+ years of industry experience 
● Agency experience preferred
● Experience managing & activating integrated partnerships across sports properties

B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 
● Knowledge and experience within brand management
● Strong knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry
● Experience managing sponsorship marketing programs, inclusive of domestic and international sports properties, events and athletes
● Strong, general marketing acumen across all mediums
● Exceptional industry relationships within sports and entertainment
● Exceptional client management skills
● Solid understanding of experiential marketing, including past management of on-the-ground programs
● Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams to execute programs
● Proven team player with expertise working on integrated projects across multiple departments and disciplines within an organization
● Impeccable mentorship and team management skills
● Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Travel Requirements: Periodic travel required
