TREASURY CASH ACCOUNTANT - OVERVIEW:
As Elevate's Accounting function continues to grow, we're looking for a Treasury Cash Accountant responsible for managing daily cash activity, ensuring accurate and timely posting of cash transactions in NetSuite, and performing monthly bank reconciliations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate cash balances and supporting overall liquidity visibility across the organization: 

 RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Record daily and weekly cash transactions in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness 
  • Monitor bank accounts daily to ensure proper posting of incoming and outgoing cash activity 
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations across all operating accounts 
  • Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner 
  • Assist in maintaining cash management schedules and reporting cash positions 
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate cash forecasting inputs 
  • Transfer cash within bank accounts.
  • Support audit requests related to cash and bank activity

QUALIFICATIONS:

A.  Education and/or Experience
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in cash or treasury accounting 
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 
  • Proficiency with NetSuite
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reconciliations) 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability 
  • Work independently
