Position Overview: Ticketing Representative - Part Time (Penn State)
Elevate is seeking a Part Time Ticketing Representative to support one of the most iconic brands in college sports, Penn State Athletics. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in partnership with an athletic department known for its rich tradition, progressive mindset, and nationally recognized programs.
This role will focus on assisting with both in-office and game-day ticketing operations across a variety of Penn State sports, including Football, Volleyball, Wrestling, Hockey, and Basketball. The majority of events occur during evenings and weekends, while in-office hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service at ticket windows and booths, assisting fans with ticket purchases, issues, and inquiries
- Process ticket sales and exchanges accurately using designated ticketing systems
- Support day-of-game ticketing operations and assist with setup and logistics
- Collaborate with other departments to help execute game-day experiences and fan engagement initiatives
- Strive to meet personal and team goals related to service and operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in sports, entertainment, or customer service environments is beneficial

Physical Demands
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around event spaces during attendance at events
