Position Overview
The University of South Florida (USF) Athletics Ticket Sales Team provides students with hands-on experience in collegiate athletics ticket sales. Team members support revenue generation efforts by selling season tickets and group ticket packages across nine NCAA Division I sports while delivering a high level of service to fans, alumni, and community partners.
This is a part-time, paid position ($15.00/hr.), approximately 20-30 hours per week. Primary Responsibilities of the Ticket Sales Account Executive:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective USF Athletics ticket holders
- Sell general season tickets and group ticket packages across nine scholarship sports
- Communicate with fans via phone, email, and in-person interactions to build relationships and drive retention
- Assist customers with account questions, seating options, and ticketing solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity using ticketing and CRM systems
- Represent USF Athletics at games, campus events, and community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with full-time staff to support department-wide sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Current University of South Florida students preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Comfortable speaking with customers and groups over the phone
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and select game days

- Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred, not required)
