Position Overview: Ticket Operations Coordinator
Elevate is seeking a highly organized, operational, and detail-oriented professional to serve as Ticket Operations Coordinator supporting our work with Manchester United and other properties globally. This role will serve as the operational backbone connecting strategic planning with day-to-day ticketing execution, focusing on strengthening venue ticketing infrastructure, managing complex inventory allocations, optimizing third-party sales channels, and building standardized, repeatable workflows for long-term commercial growth at Old Trafford.
This is a hybrid role, with a preference for candidates to be based in the Elevate office in London, England or at Old Trafford in Manchester, England. The role may have limited travel but requires a flexible schedule as working weekends and holidays may be needed from time to time.

What You’ll Do
Ticket Inventory & Database Operations
Ticket Inventory & Database Operations
● Partner with Elevate sales and technology leadership to build, structure, and maintain a centralized, highly structured ticket inventory database
● Implement standardized inventory naming conventions, seating manifest structures, and data governance frameworks across Matchday Hospitality offerings
● Maintain complete accuracy and real-time visibility of available, held, and allocated inventory across all stadium zones and fixture tiers
Channel Partner Management & Optimization
Channel Partner Management & Optimization
● Oversee multi-channel inventory distribution, managing day-to-day inventory feeds, allocations, and releases across internal box office channels, secondary marketplaces, OTAs, B2B resellers, and international tour operators
● Serve as the operational point of contact for external channel partners, ensuring seamless delivery of ticket inventory, SLA compliance, and adherence to brand and pricing guidelines
● Monitor channel-by-channel sales velocity, fulfillment accuracy, and redemption rates to continuously reallocate underperforming inventory to higher-converting distribution paths
● Establish clear channel inventory controls and protocols to protect direct-to-consumer relationships and premium product integrity

● Document end-to-end ticketing workflows, system integration maps, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs) to establish scalable frameworks to align with Elevate’s growth
● Create standardized operational toolkits, inventory request forms, and onboarding documentation to minimize manual friction during peak-volume sales windows
Reporting & Inventory Tracking

● Build and maintain functional inventory status reports, channel allocation matrices, and fulfillment tracking dashboards to keep leadership informed of real-time seat availability
● Translate operational inventory data into clear tactical recommendations regarding seat releases, hold returns, and distribution timelines
● Support post-matchday inventory reconciliations, audit trails, and partner performance reviews to evaluate distribution efficiency
Matchday & Event Operations Support
● Lead on-site Box Office operations, customer service resolution, and entry/access management readiness on matchdays and during key event windows as required.
● Manage real-time, matchday inventory adjustments, emergency re-seats, duplicate resolution, and VIP/hospitality ticket dispatch.
Who You Are
- Must have 2+ years of demonstrated relevant work experience in Ticket Operations, Ticket Inventory and or Database Operations
- Experience and demonstrated understanding of ticket pricing, inventory optimization, distribution controls, and premium hospitality products
Compensation
- Anticipated all-in compensation: £45,000 - £60,000
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
