SENIOR DIRECTOR, NEW STADIUM TICKET SALES – OVERVIEW:
Elevate is seeking a Senior Director to lead ticket sales strategy and execution for a new stadium project in a major Northeast market. This role will be a key member of the Elevate project leadership team, working in close collaboration with client leadership.
The Senior Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed project revenue goals while building and leading a high-performing sales organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the overall go-to-market approach, driving alignment across stakeholders, and fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment, with a proven ability to operate in expansion team-mode conditions at startup speed. They are comfortable leading through ambiguity and consistently delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth, startup-like setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and deliver against all ticket sales revenue goals for the project, inclusive of premium and general reserved seating.
- Serve as the on-site sales lead for Elevate, ensuring alignment and coordination between ticket sales and all cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and development of a new stadium sales sales team.
- Partner with leadership to define and execute pricing strategy and product mix across all inventory, including premium and general seating.
- Provide strategic input into the positioning and monetization of premium products (suites, clubs, hospitality).
- Collaborate with Elevate’s Revenue, Strategy, and Analytics team to develop and execute data-driven sales campaigns that meet or exceed revenue pacing milestones.
- Partner with Corporate Partnership leadership to align premium inventory with broader sponsorship and B2B revenue opportunities.
- Direct and develop two senior leaders responsible for day-to-day team management, including performance feedback, training, and coaching.
- Collaborate with Elevate and client leadership to execute integrated sales strategies, including campaign planning, communications, digital platforms, collateral development, and promotional initiatives.
- Build and document scalable sales processes and strategies, creating a best-in-class playbook to support long-term success.
- Design and execute a comprehensive calendar of sales events and activation moments to drive demand and engagement.
- Oversee CRM strategy and adoption, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline management across all sales activities.
- Provide regular executive-level reporting on prospecting activity, sales performance, pacing, and event outcomes, along with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage the sales and service department budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
- Represent the organization and project with professionalism and credibility within the community.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

A. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 10+ years in sales experience
- Minimum of 5+ year of sales management preferred

- Demonstrated success leading complex sales cycles, including pitching, negotiating, and closing premium and season ticket products.
- Experience managing multiple sales campaigns and timelines (e.g., season tickets, group sales, premium offerings).
- Highly professional with strong personal accountability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event days as required.

- This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and move around event spaces during attendance at events
- Work Environment
- The incumbent primarily works in an office environment, however, is expected to attend all events
POSITION AND BENEFITS DETAILS:
- Full Time – Exempt
- Anticipated Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 + Performance Bonuses
