SR ANALYST, INSIGHTS – OVERVIEW:

Elevate is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our fast-growing Insights team. The Insights team is the throughline across all Elevate's verticals, charged with delivering data-backed strategic roadmaps that answer our clients' biggest questions.
 
As a Senior Analyst, you will be an integral member of our consulting teams — bringing structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, and a bias toward collaboration to high-impact business challenges across fan experience, revenue strategy, and operational performance. Day-to-day, you will break down complex problems, conduct primary and secondary research, build financial models, develop polished presentations, and translate data into compelling stories that move clients to action. This role spans a range of Elevate service lines, including hospitality strategy, partnership sales and valuation, and brand representation.
 
This role is preferably based in Elevate's London Office, but remote candidates will also be considered. This role requires the ability to travel, with flexibility for evening and weekend engagements as needed.
  
What You'll Do:
Analysis & Problem-Solving
  • Break down complex problems using hypothesis-led thinking and rigorous analysis to generate insights that shape strategic decisions
  • Analyse high-volume data sets to identify trends, quantify impact, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Build and maintain financial models to inform pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and business opportunity assessment
  • Leverage data, digital platforms, and emerging capabilities — including generative AI — to support analysis and accelerate decision-making
 
Research & Stakeholder Engagement
●    Conduct primary research including survey design, execution, and results reporting
●    Facilitate client and stakeholder interviews, including content development, scheduling, and execution
●    Perform secondary research on teams, venues, competitors, market trends, and industry dynamics
 
Storytelling & Deliverables
●    Translate data into compelling narratives through polished slide decks and high-quality data visualizations 
●    Develop and present clear, actionable recommendations to internal teams and external client partners 
●    Own defined workstreams — such as market sizing, benchmarking, scenario planning, or research — and deliver finished work products on time and at a high standard
 
What You'll Bring:
Experience            
●   2+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or an equivalent analytical role at a leading organisation
●   Sports or entertainment industry experience is a plus
 
Skills & Capabilities
●   Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
●   Ability to structure ambiguity and develop frameworks that guide project approach, timelines, and decision-making
●   Exceptional research skills with the ability to translate data insights into stories that move clients to action
●   Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and deck-building experience
●   Proficiency across MS Office and Google Drive suites
●   Excels at collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders
●   AI-curious: a genuine interest in exploring how emerging AI tools can enhance analytical work and client delivery

POSITION DETAILS:
The compensation range for this position is estimated to be £45,000 - £55,000 with bonus eligibility.

Time Off
