ROLE SUMMARY - SR. MANAGER, PARTNER STRATEGY - LIVE ENTERTAINMENT
Elevate is seeking a Sr. Manager, Partner Strategy – Live Entertainment to support revenue optimization and marketplace strategy across a portfolio of concerts, tours, theatrical productions, and venue partners.
This role combines marketplace strategy, deal economics, and partner advisory. The Sr. Manager will work closely with live entertainment partners to structure and execute ticket distribution strategies that maximize revenue while navigating the complexities of the modern ticket marketplace.

The position requires someone who can operate comfortably across a high volume of events while maintaining a deep understanding of deal structures, pricing dynamics, and resale market behavior. The Sr. Manager will also serve as a strategic resource to partners, advising them on how primary and secondary marketplace dynamics impact ticket performance.

Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, disciplined organizational processes, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Marketplace Strategy & Deal Economics
●     Evaluate complex agreements and revenue share structures to identify opportunities to maximize revenue
●     Develop and implement ticket distribution strategies across primary and secondary marketplaces
●     Analyze pricing behavior, inventory allocation, and resale activity to optimize event performance
●     Provide strategic recommendations throughout the event lifecycle, from initial on-sale through event execution
Portfolio & Event Management
●     Manage marketplace strategy across a large portfolio of live events, often spanning multiple tours, venues, and markets simultaneously
●     Maintain structured processes to track inventory, event timelines, and forecast revenue performance across a high volume of shows
●     Coordinate closely with Elevate’s pricing, operations, and data teams to ensure accurate execution across marketplaces
●     Manage operational relationships with ticketing providers and suppliers to fulfill revenue share goals
Partner Advisory & Education
●     Serve as a strategic resource to partners navigating the secondary ticket marketplace
●     Inform promoters, venues, and production partners of marketplace dynamics including pricing behavior, resale liquidity, and distribution strategy
●     Translate complex data and market signals into clear, actionable guidance for partners
●     Monitor resale and arbitrage markets to ensure inventory strategy aligns with revenue objectives
Partner Relationship Development
●     Build strong, trusted relationships with assigned partners across tours, venues, and entertainment properties
●     Facilitate regular performance reviews and strategy discussions
●     Ensure partner priorities and marketplace insights are effectively communicated across internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
●     3–5 years of experience in ticketing, live entertainment revenue strategy, or marketplace operations
●     Familiarity with primary and secondary ticket marketplaces and ticket distribution economics
●     Experience working with concerts, tours, theatrical productions, or venue ticketing operations strongly preferred
●     Bachelor’s degree required

Working Conditions

●     This position requires working semi-regular night and weekend hours
●     Travel: Occasional travel may be required for events, client visits, or conferences
