POSITION OVERVIEW:  SENIOR ANALYST, PARTNERSHIP SOLUTIONS

Elevate is looking for a data-driven individual to join our fast-growing global Partnerships team in the sports and entertainment industry. This role will focus on supporting projects for Elevate’s clients focused on domestic sponsorship revenue maximization and marquee asset sales. This includes prospecting identification, as well as industry and category trend analysis to support the team’s third-party sales and consulting engagements for property, league, and entertainment clients. Additionally, the ideal candidate will provide a strategic lens and output around measurement tracking, CRM reporting and overall research analysis. This role will work primarily with our global partnerships sales and strategy team members, and will collaborate with Insights and Innovation teams. 

This is a hybrid role, the preference is for this candidate to be based in an Elevate office including New York, Charlotte and Nashville. The role will require the ability to travel, and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Elevate our prospecting approach to help guide sales efforts and to build a strong sales narrative
  • Analyze complex, high-volume data sets to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Build models to inform revenue strategy for team properties
  • Support sales prospect development and alignment reasoning through desktop research, review of research vendor reports, analysis of EPIC proprietary data, etc.
  • Fuel partnership storytelling efforts and enable powerful, data-led narratives to live across all sales material (one-sheeters, decks, case studies, etc.)
  • Develop and manage partnership research folders and create a centralized organized hub for the department to easily read and access
  • In-depth attention to industry trends in sponsorship to inform our strategy and solutions deliverables, such as sponsorship category deep dive and go-to-market investment goals
  • Be an active contributor to the development of go-to-market materials relative to our approach for marquee asset sales for our property and league clients
  • Aggregate, maintain, and report pipeline reports derived by Salesforce CRM and Tableau
  • Review and digest exposure reports from research vendors relative to broadcast, social, and digital activation
  • Research and participate in collaboration with the strategy team on ideation sessions dedicated to activation concepts for our prospect proposals and client requests
  • Build high-quality visualizations that illustrate the stories underlying the data we collect
  • Collaborate with Partnership Solutions Manager to create efficiencies across all workstreams

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience
  • Undergraduate and/or Graduate Studies in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related field
  • 2 years' work experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, sports property solutions, or other relevant role at a leading organization
  • Prior sports industry experience is a plus, but not required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Effective people management skills, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to multi-task across concurrent projects and prioritize under pressure of deadlines
  • Highly driven self-starter, with ability to work as a team or independently on projects 
  • Ability to develop frameworks and project management tools to guide project approach, timelines, reporting, and decision-making
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to translate data insights into storytelling opportunities
  • Knowledge of current sports partnership landscape, technology, and trends
  • Ability to conduct rigorous data analysis, resulting in high-quality models and presentations
  • A blend of intellectual curiosity and creativity with a detailed, analytical and results-driven approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Power user of the MS Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel, and the Google Drive suite
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • Full Time, Exempt
  • Anticipated Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 annual base salary plus bonus eligible
