The Seasonal Marketing Coordinator (Temporary Position) will support the US Open Marketing team with a focus on US Open Premier, the premium hospitality and experiential offering of the tournament. This role is highly detail-oriented and execution-driven, assisting in the development of marketing materials, campaign coordination, and on-site readiness leading into and during the US Open. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, live-event environment. 
This is a temporary position that will begin on June 1, 2026 and is anticipated to end on or around September 18, 2026. 

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Development:
  • Assist in the creation and updates of US Open Premier planning guides and sales materials
  • Develop marketing copy and coordinate visual assets for campaigns across email, web, and emerging channels
  • Support the build and refinement of presentations, decks, and branded collateral

SMS & Digital Campaign Support:
  • Help develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns to drive real-time engagement during the tournament
  • Draft copy and coordinate creative assets aligned with US Open Premier branding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deployment of messaging

On-Site Branding & Signage:
  • Coordinate with USTA Pro Tennis Marketing on all US Open Premier on-site signage
  • Track signage needs, approvals, and production timelines
  • Support installation readiness and ensure brand consistency across the grounds

Premium Experience Support:
  • Assist in the development and organization of menus and hospitality materials
  • Maintain and update planning guides and internal documents for Premier offerings
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with premium brand standards

Creative & Production Coordination:
  • Support photoshoot planning, including shot list development and on-site coordination
  • Help manage asset organization and distribution across teams

Administrative & Operational Support:
  • Manage contract entry and tracking through DocuSign
  • Assist with cross-functional coordination and day-to-day marketing operations
  • Support additional projects as needed leading up to and during the tournament

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, sports, or hospitality
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Slides, CRM tools) preferred
  • Interest in sports, live events, or premium/hospitality experiences is a plus

This position will pay an hourly rate depending on experience between $20.00/hr to $25.00/hr
