SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (New Stadium) – OVERVIEW:
The Sales Operations Coordinator is a support role focused on enabling Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue through strong execution, organization, and coordination for a new stadium project in a major Northeast market. This position is not responsible for direct selling but plays a critical role in enabling team success through managing processes, materials, and daily operations.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to gain hands-on experience in sports sales, marketing campaigns, and event execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams to help drive new stadium revenue initiatives.
  • Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns, including assisting with copy development, email deployment, and audience targeting.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, presentations, and events, including preparation of collateral and materials.
  • Manage and oversee operations of the new stadium preview center, including scheduling appointments, coordinating part-time staff, and maintaining the space.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal partners to to coordinate meetings, events, and hospitality elements such as food and beverage.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, assist with reporting, and support sales tracking efforts.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and internal communication to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Help organize and maintain sales and marketing assets, ensuring materials are current and accessible.
  • Assist with invoicing coordination and tracking client needs to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ticketing, Marketing, Catering, and Operations teams.
  • Provide on-site support for games, events, and special initiatives as needed.
  • Take on additional coordination and support responsibilities to help the team meet overall revenue goals. Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-2 years working in a ticketing department preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and Ticketing Systems preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required.

  • Goal oriented whether that is around driving revenue, providing service or helping daily operations.
  • Be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruptions.
  • Capable of maintaining discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  1. Working Environment:
    1. The incumbent primarily works in an office environment, however is expected to attend additional athletic event(s) and/or department events as scheduled throughout the year.

    1. This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  3. Travel Requirements:
    1. This position may require a limited amount of travel on rare occasions

  • Hourly Rate: $24.04 - $28.85 / hour + Performance Bonus Eligible

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
