Where you come in
Elevate has more product opportunity than capacity. Our product ecosystem includes commercial workflows, data and insights experiences, premium experience tools, and related data products that serve both internal teams and external clients. The opportunity is real, but the work needs sharper product ownership: better discovery, clearer prioritization, stronger stakeholder communication, and a tighter connection between engineering effort and business value.

As a Product Manager at Elevate, you will operate like a mini-founder inside a fast-growing product organization. You will work with business leaders, clients, internal operators, design, and engineering to identify the right problems to solve, define the right product bets, and keep teams focused on the work that actually moves the business forward.

This is not a ticket-taking role. We need someone who can listen carefully, challenge assumptions, translate ambiguity into clear product direction, and help Elevate say yes to the right work and not yet to the rest.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of product management, product owner, business systems, or product strategy experience in software.
  • Experience owning discovery, roadmap planning, requirements, prioritization, and release communication for software products.
  • Strong client and stakeholder communication skills, including comfort with executives and non-technical business leaders.
  • Ability to translate messy business requests into clear product problems, scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
  • Strong product judgment around MVPs, trade-offs, business value, and technical constraints.
  • Comfort working closely with engineers and designers in a remote, distributed product engineering environment.
  • Experience using data, ROI, adoption metrics, cost savings, or revenue impact to prioritize product work.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams without turning every request into a fire drill.
  • Clear written communication: roadmap updates, release notes, stakeholder summaries, and decision records.

Preferred experience:
  • Sports, entertainment, ticketing, sponsorship, analytics, e-commerce, or marketplace products.
  • B2B SaaS or internal tools that grew into client-facing platforms.
  • Data products, reporting products, AI/ML-enabled products, or workflow automation products.
  • Experience working with sales, account management, client success, or consulting teams.
  • Experience in a product-led transformation where the company is moving from services or consulting into software.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Own discovery with internal and external users so product work starts with real problems, not feature requests.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into crisp product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Build and maintain roadmaps that show what matters now, what is next, what is intentionally deferred, and why.
  • Help leadership compare product investments across revenue growth, cost savings, client retention, operational efficiency, and strategic value.
  • Partner with engineering to scope MVPs that can ship quickly without losing sight of the long-term product direction.
  • Partner with design so Figma, tickets, and product scope stay aligned before engineering starts build work.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear, decision-oriented updates instead of long status noise.
  • Support demos, client conversations, rollout planning, training, and feedback loops.
  • Help establish product operating rhythms that scale.

Your Journey: First 90 Days
First 30 Days
  • Learn the product ecosystem: commercial workflows, data and insights experiences, premium experience tools, and related product surfaces.
  • Meet key business stakeholders, product managers, design, engineering leads, and internal users.
  • Review current roadmaps, backlogs, open resource requests, and Q3 priorities.
  • Identify where the team lacks clarity on business value, scope, ownership, or user need.

Days 31-60
  • Own product discovery and planning for one priority product area or cross-product initiative.
  • Create a clear roadmap and decision record for that area, including what is in scope and out of scope.
  • Establish a stakeholder update cadence that gives leadership visibility without creating meeting drag.
  • Partner with engineering and design to unblock delivery on the highest-value work.

Days 61-90
  • Drive a meaningful product release, roadmap reset, or stakeholder alignment process from discovery through delivery.
  • Show measurable improvement in product clarity, engineering readiness, or stakeholder confidence.
  • Help define the repeatable product operating model Elevate should use across product lines.
  • Become a trusted product partner to engineering, leadership, and business stakeholders.

Why This Role Matters Now
Elevate has the ingredients for a strong product business: clients, domain expertise, internal operators, proprietary data, and a growing engineering team. The constraint is not ideas. The constraint is focus.  This role helps Elevate choose the right bets, explain them clearly, and deliver them with discipline.

The Technology and Products You'll Work With
  • Product ecosystem: commercial workflows, data and insights experiences, premium experience tools, and related analytics products
  • Data, reporting, AI/ML, and workflow automation products
  • Jira, Figma, product roadmaps, discovery notes, and stakeholder communication tools
  • Modern web applications built by distributed product engineering teams

Our Product Engineering Principles
  • Customer Obsession: We start with the customer and work backward. We don't build features; we solve customer and business problems.
  • Ownership: Teams own outcomes, not just outputs. Success means business impact and customer delight, not shipping on schedule.
  • Simplicity: We choose architectural and product simplicity over complexity. Complex solutions are harder to maintain, evolve, and explain.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: We measure what matters and use data to guide our product development and business decisions.
  • Rapid Learning: We implement quick feedback loops, focus on learning through experimentation, and value progress over perfection.
  • Transparency: We invite visibility and are transparent with where we're spending our time.
