PREMIUM SALES REPRESENTATIVE OVERVIEW:
Elevate is excited to immediately hire premium sales representatives for Estadio Banorte (formerly Estadio Azteca) in Mexico City, Mexico. In collaboration with our client, this is an opportunity for individuals to be part of disrupting the industry and growing attendance and revenues at a sports & entertainment venue.
Elevate is seeking hardworking, positive, and passionate individuals who are committed to becoming future sales leaders. Premium Sales Representatives will be primarily focused on selling season ticket products and providing assistance with other revenue-generating projects. Revenue will be generated via phone, face-to-face presentations, networking events, email marketing, and out-of-office appointments. Day-to-day leadership and mentoring will be provided by the Director, Premium Sales. The position pays hourly, plus sales commissions and bonus opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the sale of premium sports ticket products including full-season, half-season, and other revenue-generating ticketing products as assigned
- Execute and lead dynamic sales presentations in person and virtually
- Conduct outbound calls and sales outreach achieving a minimum daily requirement of 50 activities or more
- Develop relationships with existing and future clients to grow the prospect pool and increase selling opportunities
- Represent Elevate at local networking, community, and corporate events to generate awareness, excitement, and sales leads
- Consistently and effectively manage a robust sales pipeline while providing updates and forecasts to the Director, Premium Sales, and other project leadership
- Utilize CRM systems and the Ticketing system to manage accounts, pipelines, sales processes, and activity
- Create, track, develop, and maintain all proposals, research, and contracts and follow all sales processes diligently
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly hustle metrics and sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and assist in service effort
- Attend weekly meetings and ongoing training sessions conducted by management
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required): Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to work as a team player
- Minimum of 1-2+ years prior sports sales/industry or equivalent sales experience is preferred
- Proficient in basic computer software programs
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Open to learning and taking constructive criticism/feedback
- Candidate should be a self-starter who possesses an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as a competitive desire to be the best
- Confidence in face-to-face selling and the ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in the market
- Effectively identify, prospect, and cultivate new business sales opportunities with key decision-makers
- Desire to be a sales industry leader
- A passion for soccer is a plus
