Elevate is seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to support our vibrant New York office in Midtown Manhattan. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and customer service focused.  While there may be flexibility and variability to the schedule dependent on office needs, this position will typically work in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-3pm (hours may be adjusted slightly if needed and/or with additional hours as required).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office, manage both internal and external visitor requests and new employee ID and security processes
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
  • Maintain coffee, water, and snacks in the kitchen daily 
  • Coordinating office maintenance and repairs
  • Assisting with office events/lunches, as well as preparation for client meetings
  • Common space organization (meeting rooms, breakroom, reception area)
  • General tidying and putting the office back in order after client and/or office events
  • Maintaining the New York office calendar
  • Coordination with the building management and landlord teams including required emergency drills, trainings, reporting etc.
  • Ad-hoc assistance to the senior leadership team as required (i.e booking meetings, travel, collecting/coordinating lunch and/or dinner events)

  • Proactive and takes initiative

  • Basic computer skills and use of Microsoft Word and Outlook; Slack and Google Drive
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (typically smaller packages that are delivered) 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
  • Status: Part Time (Approximately 25 - 29 hours per week) 
  • Hourly Rate: $25.00/hr
