Role Overview:As the Marketing Manager, Property Sales, you will support and help drive marketing efforts that enable professional sports teams, leagues, and venue developers to maximize revenue through new stadium renovations, ticket sales campaigns, and strategic announcements. You’ll contribute to integrated marketing strategies, oversee campaign execution, and collaborate across internal teams and client stakeholders to drive demand, visibility, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Client-Facing Marketing Support: Serve as a marketing partner for assigned property sales clients, contributing to campaign strategy across brand, digital, paid media, social, CRM, and experiential channels with a focus on driving ticket sales and revenue.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Manage the execution of marketing campaigns tied to stadium launches, ticket deposit campaigns, premium seat sales, and major announcement moments (e.g., groundbreaking, schedule release, naming rights).
- Revenue-Focused Planning: Work with sales, insights, and creative teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging frameworks, and paid media plans that drive results across the sales funnel, from awareness through purchase.
- Digital Ecosystem Oversight: Assist with audits of client digital touchpoints, including website, email, and social channels, to identify opportunities for improved conversions. Recommend content, UX, or technology updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, paid media, and data teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling and execution across all channels.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay informed on sports marketing trends, fan behavior, and ticketing technology to bring fresh ideas and insights to client projects.
Qualifications
The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. A. Education and/or Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in sports marketing, property marketing, or ticket sales strategy, ideally with exposure to new venue/stadium launches or ticket campaigns
- Experience creating and executing marketing plans that generated measurable ticket sales or fan engagement
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, programmatic), email tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot), and CMS platforms
- Experience crafting a data-driven approach with experience in campaign analytics, CRM reporting, and optimization
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong client communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities

POSITION AND BENEFITS DETAILS:
- Compensation: $65,000- $75,000
