POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will assist hospitality client teams with a variety of marketing activities focused on driving revenue generation from high-end clientele and exclusive VIP experiences. This role has the direct ability to interact with a variety of Elevate clients across the UK, with the high standards expected at elite hospitality levels. This role will provide strategic guidance as well as build digital campaigns to support revenue goals. Projects might consist of advising on setup of lead form campaigns for multiple ticket products and events, including implementing the routing and setup within marketing automation and CRM software and testing in website CMS with digital teams. In addition, this role will build paid social campaigns to drive leads, deposits and direct sales. In addition to executing said campaigns, this role will analyse campaign performance and optimise when needed for maximum ROI.  
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum.  


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Collaboration
  • Serve as Elevate’s marketing point of contact on client projects.
  • Interface regularly with client marketing and ticketing teams to align campaign objectives and execution.
  • Support client relationship management by providing timely updates and assisting with client queries and feedback.

Campaign Setup & Optimisation
  • Setup, develop and optimise campaign attribution models for all paid digital campaigns.
  • Ensure all notifications and processes for lead distribution and scoring are accurately implemented.

Quality Assurance & Data Management
  • Assist in performing quality assurance tests and ensure accurate routing and processing of leads within marketing automation systems.
  • Collaborate with the Insights team to improve audience segmentation, data quality, and targeting precision.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Content Creation & Campaign Development
  • Write, develop and manage engaging email campaigns to drive premium ticket and hospitality sales.
  • Coordinate the design and distribution of marketing content and collateral.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaign enhancements and new marketing opportunities.

Event Support & Reporting
  • Support marketing initiatives tied to high-profile events and VIP experiences, including onsite event marketing when required.
  • Compile regular campaign performance and sales reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategy.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional digital media/marketing experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or hospitality.
  • Extensive marketing automation or email marketing experience using an enterprise tool such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot or hands-on experience using another solution 

Skills & Abilities
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficiency while adhering to strict deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Environment: Primarily London office-based, with occasional attendances at athletic events, community engagements, and client meetings.
Travel: Minimal but may be required for special events or out-of-office appointments.
Schedule: Full-time, with occasional evenings and weekends during major events.
