● On-Site Hosting: Lead guest check-in and VIP hospitality on-site, ensuring a "white-glove" experience for senior executives.

2. Departmental Partnership & Amplification:
● Internal Liaison: Work across Insights, Sales, Partnerships, and Talent teams to produce marketing tools (one-pagers, case studies, videos) that support their specific revenue goals.
● Partner Marketing: Coordinate with external partners to amplify joint success stories through shared content and co-branded activations.
● Collateral Management: Project manage the creation of premium B2B sales materials and digital presentations.

3. Brand & Digital:
● Events Calendar Management: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to maintain the global events calendar, identifying opportunities for integrated digital and in-person activations.
● Stakeholder Alignment: Establish and manage recurring monthly sync-ups with key internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment on regional marketing initiatives.
● Content Sourcing: Identify, vet, and manage local freelance resources to secure high-quality live event coverage.
● Regional Content Strategy: Monitor regional market trends and best practices, partnering with the Digital Marketing Manager to inform and execute localized, appropriate digital content.

4. Logistics & Gifting:
● Premium Gifting: Curate and distribute high-end corporate gifts for prospects and seasonal partner programs with oversight from VP of Client Success
● Vendor Management: Manage relationships with venues, caterers, printers, and premium suppliers.
● Inventory: Track and maintain all physical brand assets and event kit.

Requirements:
● Experience: 1–2 years in B2B marketing or corporate events (Sports/Media/Entertainment background preferred).

● Communication: Exceptional professional etiquette and the ability to interact confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
● Organization: Must be able to manage multiple guest lists and delivery timelines simultaneously with high attention to detail.
● Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Europe and the Middle East and work evenings/weekends as required by event schedules.
