SR/MANAGER, NEW STADIUM TICKET SALES – OVERVIEW:
Elevate is partnering with Gotham FC to lead all new stadium ticket sales efforts for their transformational move to Etihad Park in 2028.

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity for a sales leader ready to take the next step in their career. The Manager, New Stadium Ticket Sales will help build and lead a team of Premium Sales Executives from the earliest stages of this project, reporting directly to the Senior Director of New Stadium Sales. This role owns full season ticket membership sales — including club and general seating products — and will play a hands-on role in coaching, motivating, and developing sales talent while still carrying individual sales accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6–8 Account Executives, driving full season ticket membership sales for Gotham FC across club and general seating products
  • Set clear activity, pipeline, and revenue expectations for direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and daily sales discipline
  • Support onboarding and training of new Account Executives, reinforcing the sales process and methodology established by the Senior Director
  • Participate in the recruiting and hiring process alongside the Senior Director and broader leadership team to build out the sales team
  • Ensure consistent CRM adoption and accurate reporting across the team, partnering with the Senior Director on pipeline forecasting and revenue projections
  • Monitor individual and team performance against activity standards and conversion benchmarks, coaching reps to improve efficiency and results
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and fan experience teams to support campaign execution and lead generation efforts


QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2–3+ years of sales experience. We're looking for one of the following backgrounds:
    • Currently manage, or have recently managed, a team of sales reps, or
    • 2–3 years of individual sales success, with experience in a formal leadership development or sales mentorship program, a strong working knowledge of the sales process (and the ability to teach or explain it to others), and experience leading formal training sessions or informally coaching/mentoring peers (e.g., ride-alongs, onboarding support, peer coaching)
  • Experience selling tickets, premium hospitality, or high-value B2B products preferred; experience in a college athletics or professional sports environment is a plus.
  • Experience selling face-to-face and virtually, including conducting presentations in both settings.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) required; familiarity with ticketing systems (Paciolan, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster) preferred.

  • Flexible and adaptable to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead diverse teams with empathy and accountability


WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working Environment: 
  • Primarily office-based with frequent attendance at athletic events, community engagements, and client meetings
  • Office location is Jersey City, NJ 
Physical Demands: 
  • This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Travel Requirements: 
  • Minimal but may be required for special events or out-of-office appointments
