Elevate is looking for a Manager to join our Corporate Strategy team. This role is central to forming Elevate's long-range strategic vision and translating it into action, owning high-priority internal initiatives that span verticals and being a key thought partner to senior leadership on the questions that matter most to Elevate's future.
As a Manager on the Corporate Strategy team, you will shape how Elevate thinks about its own business: identifying growth opportunities, synthesizing complex information into strategic narratives, and leading initiatives that cut across all Elevate’s business segments. You will own high-visibility projects, build relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, and ensure every deliverable reflects the analytical rigor and storytelling quality Elevate brings to its clients.
There is a strong preference for this role to be based in one of Elevate’s offices (Charlotte, New York, Santa Clara, or Nashville). This role requires the ability to travel, with flexibility for evening and weekend engagements as needed.

Strategy Development
- Lead workstreams related to Elevate’s long-range strategic plan, translating executive priorities into structured frameworks and actionable roadmaps
- Lead cross-vertical strategy projects, coordinating across Elevate’s practice areas to drive alignment on shared priorities and collective goals
- Support corporate development activities including evaluating potential acquisition and partnership targets, building valuation models and scenario analyses, and developing integration frameworks that translate deal rationale into operational results
Research, Analysis, & Financial Modeling
- Build financial models to inform business decisions, resource allocation, and strategic scenario planning
- Conduct rigorous primary and secondary research on competitors, market trends, and industry dynamics, incorporating external benchmarks to strengthen the case for change
- Leverage emerging AI capabilities and data platforms to accelerate analysis and enhance deliverable quality
Executive Storytelling & Communication
- Develop board-level materials, CEO presentations, and executive briefings that clearly articulate Elevate’s strategic direction and translate complex analysis into decision-ready insights
- Ensure all work products meet a consistently high standard of analytical rigor and visual quality
Team Development
- Mentor and develop analysts and interns across technical, analytical, and professional competencies
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and direction to project team members
- Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or an equivalent role at a leading organization
- Sports or entertainment industry experience is a plus
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity, develop frameworks, and manage complex projects from kickoff through delivery
- Proven experience building client relationships and managing external stakeholders
- Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to translate data-driven insights into polished decks and persuasive presentations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior audiences
- Proficiency across MS Office and Google Drive suites
- AI-savvy: actively exploring and applying generative AI and emerging tools to improve workflows, analysis, and client delivery
