POSITION SUMMARY
Elevate is seeking a Manager of Commercial Strategy & Operations to support revenue-focused strategy, pricing, ticketing operations, and partner performance for experiential hospitality programs across properties including the Country Music Association, NASCAR, Big East Conference, Circuit of the Americas, and the PGA TOUR. This role plays a key operational and analytical role within the commercial strategy function, helping to execute integrated commercial strategies—including financial operations, product pricing, channel management, and go-to-market planning—to drive ticketing, hospitality, and experience-based revenue.

The Manager will support financial modeling and reporting, contribute to pricing and product development, and play a hands-on role in ticket inventory management, ticket operations, and event execution. This requires strong analytical discipline, operational reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while translating insights into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven operator who combines technical ticketing skills with commercial instincts. You will help Elevate’s partners succeed by balancing day-to-day execution with broader strategic support, consistently identifying opportunities to improve performance, optimize inventory, enhance product value, and drive commercial impact. You must bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and a team-first approach.
