Position Overview: As our IT On‑Site Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for internal technical support and a key contributor to the overall employee experience. You will ensure that our systems, processes, and technologies meet both current and future business needs. Your expertise in end‑user experience will play a critical role in optimising workflows, enhancing system performance, and supporting a wide range of enterprise IT platforms. This position is central to improving service quality, reliability, and cost efficiency across our technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Apply a strong understanding of user experience to refine business processes, systems, and technologies to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Maintain and champion robust technical standards, solutions, and operational processes.
- Monitor support queues and proactively check in with the internal team throughout the day, providing troubleshooting as required.
- Contribute to technology strategy by offering expert insight and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to established IT security policies, processes, and compliance standards.
- Identify and address training needs for end users.
- Coordinate or support regular testing of systems and products, identifying faults and recommending improvements.
- Stay current on emerging security threats, technical challenges, and industry developments in IT security and systems protection.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Communicate plans, progress updates, and issues to senior management in a clear and timely manner.
- Provide recommendations for technology solutions, including preparing technical proposals and coordinating cost estimates.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or a minimum of 4+ years’ experience supporting enterprise systems, including transitioning legacy platforms to cloud-based environments, data integration, and developing technology roadmaps aligned with business needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Office 365, Digital Asset Management systems, VMware or similar virtualisation technologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.
- Proficient with macOS and competent with Windows 11.
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis and improvement.
- Experience supporting multi-site organisations, ideally with distribution or logistics operations.
- Proven track record implementing core business systems (e.g., finance, customer, HR) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills and a calm, supportive manner when assisting end users.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritise competing tasks.

Work Environment
- This position will require working in office 4 days a week (with time split between two different offices in Camden Town & Trafalgar Square), please confirm your schedule can support 4 days a week in office.
