OVERVIEW: 
Elevate operates as a fully integrated partner for its clients, adding insight, expertise, and in-market marquee asset sales activity to accelerate and enhance revenue in collaboration with the client’s leadership, partnership teams and wider stakeholder landscape (e.g. marketing and brand, hospitality, technology, community, venue operations, etc.)  

Elevate is seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our Strategy and Insights team within the International Partnerships department. Based in London, the ideal candidate will have a deep interest in sports and a proven ability to research and analyse businesses across various industries. We value curiosity and seek someone who can methodically channel their efforts to deliver actionable insights that drive success across sponsorship sales projects. The role requires creativity in aligning brands with sports properties and the ability to communicate ideas effectively through both written and verbal formats. The candidate will also play a key role in sourcing, managing, and leveraging data to build value for rights holders and venues. A flair for crafting innovative materials and creating compelling sales narratives to support our objectives is essential


KEY DELIVERABLES:
  • Conduct detailed research on companies, including spend analysis, target geographies, marketing budgets, and previous sponsorship activities, as well as broader industry trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Create and maintain organised data sets and dashboards in Excel to house research findings, ensuring accessibility and usability for the broader team.
  • Develop creative brand alignment concepts in collaboration with the Partnerships team, leveraging research to match brands with sports properties effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support for sales conversations by sourcing relevant information, crafting tailored materials, and contributing insights to enhance client engagement.
  • Manage reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely updates for both internal stakeholders and clients, and oversee the effective use of the CRM system to track progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce impactful sales narratives and presentations, translating research and insights into compelling client-facing materials.
  • Support the preparation and execution of sales pitches, client meetings, and brand negotiations by articulating insights and presenting data confidently in both written and verbal formats.
  • Support with managing relationships with data providers, including briefing on requirements, monitoring data delivery, and maintaining effective partnerships.


PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for sports and a strong interest in understanding its intersection with business and sponsorships.
  • Combines analytical and creative thinking to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Enjoys conducting thorough research, demonstrating curiosity and the ability to investigate topics on a deeper level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organise and analyse data effectively, as well as experience in creating professional and visually engaging presentation slides.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable, with the capability to manage and utilise client and sales data efficiently.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling clear articulation of ideas and confident collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • A strong team player who is adaptable and proactive in providing support and contributing to shared goals.
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Ability to work in the UK
