POSITION OVERVIEW: HR BUSINESS PARTNER At Elevate, our people are central to our success. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted strategic adviser to senior leadership, shaping and delivering people strategies that drive performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Based in London, this role will support our Global Creative Leadership team in enhancing organisational effectiveness, developing leadership capability, and ensuring the people strategy drives ongoing commercial growth. This role reports to, and works in close partnership with, the Director, HR Business Partner.
Given the visibility and impact of this role, success depends on building trust, operating with urgency, and applying thoughtful, well-balanced judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a commercial understanding of the organization to appropriately guide and influence leaders on their people-related agenda
- Use your experience across performance management, career planning, coaching, people analytics, reward, and complex employee relations to deliver practical, compliant solutions across the UK, Europe, and APAC regions.
- Apply workforce data and market trends to make well-supported, evidence-driven decisions.
- Support the ongoing evolution of scalable systems and processes as the business continues to grow
About You
- 7+ years’ progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner
- Experience partnering with senior leaders within scaling or high-growth organisations
- Demonstrates confidence in managing UK, European, and APAC employment law and employee relations matters, leveraging guidance from legal counsel to ensure compliant and effective outcomes.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills with executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite, with strong Excel capabilities to support data analysis and reporting.
