DIRECTOR, PARTNERSHIP SOLUTIONS: ONE TIMES SQUARE; OVERVIEWElevate is seeking an experienced partnerships solutions leader who will develop trusted client relationships, produce and activate innovative partnership sales strategies, and create data led narratives for sales materials in support of partnership efforts for the One Times Square property.
One Times Square is a 26-story building located at the intersection of 42nd Street, Seventh Avenue, and Broadway in New York City. Slated to open in 2025, the building is undergoing a $500M dramatic transformation and is home to the world-famous New Year’s Eve Ball Drop celebration in addition to being one of the most valuable advertising locations in the world. The building is owned by Jamestown, a design-focused, vertically integrated real estate investment manager and service provider with over 40 years of experience and roughly $14B of assets under management globally.
This professional will initiate and execute strategic go-to-market plans and campaigns built as the foundation and supporting arm to our Partnership Sales team dedicated to the One Times Square property. The Director will lead through clear, consistent communication and serve as a reliable and proactive project manager, working with both internal and external stakeholders. Providing a creative, innovative, and data-driven approach to the business, will be important to the success of this role.
The preference is for this candidate to be based in our New York Elevate office. The role will have limited travel, but require work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong report with client and key stakeholders and establish clear communication process
- Create efficiencies and appropriate communication cadence to support a successful client working relationship that in turns supports the objective of driving sales
- Ideate on new partnership assets and platforms that can be packaged and sold to potential partners that can be defined and measured
- In collaboration with Head of Sales, drive partner renewal discussions and support through effective sales materials
- Elevate our prospecting approach to help guide sales efforts and to build a strong sales narrative
- Analyze complex, high-volume data sets to identify media buying trends and actionable insights
- Build models to inform revenue strategy and sponsorship goals; annual and long term forecasts
- Support sales prospect development and alignment reasoning through desktop research, review of research vendor reports, analysis of EPIC proprietary data, etc.
- Lead, in conjunction with Head of Partnership Sales, the development of go-to-market materials relative to our approach for full integrated partnerships for One Times Square
- Fuel partnership storytelling efforts and enable powerful, data-led narratives to live across all sales material (one-sheeters, decks, case studies, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
- Undergraduate and/or Graduate Studies in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Communication, Data Analytics or related field
- Required Work Experience: 7 to 10 years work experience in management consulting, media and entertainment marketing/sales, sports property solutions, real estate development, corporate strategy, or other relevant role at a leading organization
- Prior media, entertainment and/ or sports industry experience is a plus, but not required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Effective people management skills, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to multi-task across concurrent projects and prioritize under pressure of deadlines
- Highly driven self-starter, with ability to work as a team or independently on projects
- Ability to develop frameworks and project management tools to guide project approach, timelines, reporting, and decision-making
- Strong research skills, with the ability to translate data insights into storytelling opportunities
- Knowledge of current sports partnership landscape, technology, and trends
- A blend of intellectual curiosity and creativity with a detailed, analytical and results-driven approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Power user of the MS Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel, and the Google Drive suite

Work Environment
- Location: New York, New York
POSITION AND BENEFIT DETAILS:
- Compensation - $130,000-$140,000 base salary
