DIRECTOR, MEDIA ANALYTICS (Independent Consultant)

Elevate is seeking a senior analytics advisor to serve as a strategic consultant and delivery partner across our media analytics portfolio. This independent consulting engagement is designed for a seasoned expert who brings a point of view on modern measurement, a track record of delivering high-impact analytical solutions, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

In this capacity, you will help shape how analytics drives decision-making across client engagements—establishing forward-looking frameworks, advising on complex analytical initiatives, and ensuring insights translate into meaningful business outcomes.

This is a great opportunity to advise and work alongside Elevate leadership and client teams to advance the sophistication, scalability, and commercial impact of analytics.

AREAS OF FOCUS
Strategic Advisory & Thought Leadership
 • Provide senior-level guidance on the evolution of Elevate’s analytics approach, including measurement frameworks, attribution strategies, and the application of advanced analytics
 • Bring a clear, informed perspective on emerging trends across analytics, data science, and AI/ML, and advise on their practical application
 • Serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients on complex measurement and data challenges
Analytics Solutions & Framework Design
 • Guide scalable, cross-channel measurement frameworks that connect analytical outputs to business performance and ROI
 • Advise on the design and execution of advanced analytical initiatives (e.g., marketing mix modeling, experimentation, attribution)
 • Establish best practices and quality standards across analytical methodologies, outputs, and storytelling
Client Engagement & Delivery Support
 • Partner on the scoping and delivery of sophisticated analytics engagements, contributing to solution design and, where appropriate, client discussions
 • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to senior and executive audiences
 • Identify opportunities to deepen analytics impact within client engagements and support the expansion of services

ENGAGEMENT PROFILE:
The ideal consultant brings 7-10 + years of experience in analytics, data strategy, management consulting or an analytics leadership role.

ESSENTIAL:
• At least seven years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or a closely related discipline.
• Deep expertise across the measurement and analytics landscape — including advanced analytics, attribution modelling, marketing mix modelling (MMM), experimentation and data platforms.
• Proven ability to design and develop analytical frameworks, roadmaps and methodologies that drive measurable client or business outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with scoping, pricing, proposals and business development activity.
• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining senior client relationships, with the credibility to act as a trusted strategic partner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical and C-level audiences.
• Awareness of industry changes in data and measurement, including first- and third-party data solutions, clean rooms, AI/ML and the evolving martech and adtech ecosystems.

DESIRABLE:
• Experience in a professional services, consultancy or agency environment with exposure to client portfolio management.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools and platforms across reporting, visualisation, MarTech and marketing data infrastructure.
• Experience designing and measuring lift or incrementality experiments and working with data clean room environments.
• Track record of developing new service offerings or practice areas, including go-to-market planning and internal capability-building.

ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE:
 • This is an independent contractor engagement and does not constitute an employment relationship.  Hourly Rate: $60-80/hour
