DIRECTOR, INTEGRATED MARKETING - OVERVIEW: Elevate is seeking a Director, Integrated Marketing to drive strategic storytelling and multi-channel program/campaign activation. Reporting to the VP of the department, this is a high-impact "thinker and doer" role designed for a marketer who knows how to make brands come to life and connect authentically with fans. In this role, you will support the account teams in shaping the overarching vision while taking the lead on building and executing the integrated marketing plans to amplify the brand’s partnership/campaign/activation. As a foundational hire for this function, you will be the primary driver in translating brand goals into multi-channel reality—spanning social, digital, content, and media. We aim to bring out the best in brands by amplifying what makes them meaningful and impossible to ignore, and we want this role to help us do just that.
This role sits on the Elevate Brand team. The Brand vertical for Elevate focuses on the development and activation of brand platforms within sports, music, entertainment, and lifestyle opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Work with account teams to develop and refine powerful brand narratives that amplify a brand’s "reason to believe," ensuring their story is told consistently across all touchpoints.
● Build and execute end-to-end marketing plans that help brands maximize the value of their partnerships to better connect with audiences.
● Work hand-in-hand with our Creative Director to ensure all content and campaigns are on-brand, high-quality, and strategically sound.
● Map consumer journeys to identify high-impact opportunities for brand connection and engagement.
● Support the execution of brand campaigns with a heavy focus on digital, social, content, and media.
● Collaborate with the account teams to not only ideate but actively produce bold, shareable content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) that drives engagement.
● Partner with account teams to provide the "connective tissue" that turns a partnership into a living, breathing marketing program.
ABOUT YOU:
● You have a deep understanding of the full marketing mix and know how to pull the right levers to build brand equity and fan affinity.
● You are passionate about the entire lifecycle of a project—from uncovering the initial insight to hitting "publish" on a social campaign.
● You are a master of the written word with the instinct to write like people actually talk. You can simplify complex brand challenges into clear, human stories.
● You thrive in a "support and lead" environment, working closely with senior leadership to elevate the agency's strategic output while staying close to the work.
● You are curious about and comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney) to streamline ideation, research, and content development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Experience: 7+ years in integrated marketing, brand storytelling, or partnership strategy - sports marketing experience preferred
● Proven Track Record: Experience building and executing integrated marketing plans that drive measurable consumer engagement.
● Digital Fluency: Expert-level understanding of social platforms, digital media, and how audiences connect with sports and entertainment.
● Consumer Insight: Strong ability to leverage data to drive activation strategies.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation - $90,000-$120,000
