DESIGNER, INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS: OVERVIEW
The presentation designer will help our Global Partnership Sales team by telling compelling stories using creative, innovative and engaging presentation content and design as we engage brands to pursue marquee asset sales. In this role, you will create persuasive and effective visual communication solutions for a range of needs, from a single informational slide to customized presentation designs and storytelling solutions for our global partnership sales and consulting teams. Through sound design principles and innovative visual strategies, you will transform complex data points and text-heavy information into compelling and memorable visual presentations that create maximum impact. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and work cooperatively to develop ideas and transform concepts on paper into more visually intriguing and interactive experiences for our prospects and partners.
The role is to be based in Elevate’s London office, operating on a hybrid basis with a minimum of three days a week in the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain Elevate brand identity and ensure consistency across a variety of mediums to deliver presentations that help win business
- Manage Elevate’s external presentations and sales materials, including pre-sales pitches, teaser decks, and large partnership activation decks
- Development of bespoke sales presentations that capture the style, voice and passion of our various clients
- Ability to create, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files, charts, and graphs into immersive storytelling formats
- Assist in performing quality assurance to ensure all materials are void of spelling and other grammatical errors
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams on external-facing business development pitch decks and sales presentation materials
- Present process and final work in a clear, concise and professional manner to external stakeholders
- Handle schedule of inbound design requests and assignments from stakeholders in various locations with different priorities
- Maintain and manage a project status tracker and keep internal stakeholders informed of work progress and timelines
- Collaborate with members of our Elevate Creative design and experiential team to stay up to date with trends and innovation
QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field and/or 2+ years of professional experience in a graphics/design-related field or freelance capacity
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Passion for sports, with a keen awareness of creative trends, design styles, and marketing approaches used by leading sports teams, leagues, and athletes
- Google Slides (Priority)/PowerPoint/Keynote advanced knowledge
- Adobe Creative Suite advanced knowledge
- Ability to express ideas graphically
- Ability to create photo-real composite images – including realistic overlays of branding on sporting kits, LEDs, and other stadium or venue assets – to accurately represent sponsorship concepts
- Quality-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficiency while adhering to strict deadlines
- Collaborative mindset to solving challenges, willing to learn and share knowledge with peers
- Experience integrating motion, animation, and dynamic transitions into presentations to enhance storytelling impact
- Awareness of current trends in presentation design, experiential marketing, and fan engagement, and the ability to adapt them to Elevate’s brand and client needs
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging narratives that align with client goals and brand voice
