OverviewElevate is seeking a CRM Analyst to lead our operations for ticketed sports at UCLA. These sports include
football, men’s and women’s basketball, gymnastics, and other Olympic sports..
The role will play an integral role in the Elevate organization by analyzing, implementing, interpreting,
presenting, and communicating data to enhance processes, decision-making, and outcomes for the Elevate –
UCLA team.
This individual will serve as our Salesforce administrator for Elevate - UCLA to effectively manage
sales enablement and lead development serving the ticketing team. This role is vital to sales executives as
they understand and use Salesforce to close new business, and equally vital to our service and retention
efforts, helping us deepen customer profiles and identify impactful ways to engage
our audience.
The CRM Analyst will receive direct exposure to and support from the Elevate BI team. The ideal candidate is
an analytical team player and great communicator, who is versed in CRM management, lead development,
dashboard creation, data modeling, and ticket sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day direction and training for users of Elevate – UCLA’s Salesforce instance.
- Use standard and custom Salesforce objects to collect, maintain, and query data that leads to actionable insights for sales leaders.
- Assist sales and service teams with pipeline management: sales to make data driven decisions from current and future sales opportunities, and service to deliver efficient and effective support.
- Execute lead scoring program to prioritize leads based on multiple criteria.
- Manage, select, and distribute leads from a variety of lead sources for B2C campaigns.
- Collaborate with Elevate BI team and Elevate - UCLA sales leaders to enhance user processes and data integrity
- Transform reporting metrics into actionable insights and establish benchmarking and revenue reporting for leadership.
- Develop and manage the demand generation pipeline with a specific emphasis on marketing qualified leads (MQLs) across multiple platforms (Ticketmaster, Salesforce, Outreach, SSB, etc.)

Qualifications

- Education and/or Experience
- Two+ (2+) years of work experience in a CRM role is preferred
- Relevant Salesforce certifications a plus
- Sports industry experience a plus
- Relevant understanding of NCAA and Big Ten Conference bylaws is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Products, email marketing platforms, and solicitation platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.), including workflows and customizations.
- Familiarity with basic database concepts and the relationships between accounts, contacts, opportunities, and products.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google suites
- Experience using a data visualization tool such as Tableau or PowerBI to tell stories with the data
- Self-starter with a positive, “no-quit” attitude.
- People-oriented. Ability to collaborate and influence diverse teams. Strong communication skills that can tell the story of the data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Anticipated Salary $72,000 + commission/ bonus structure
