Position Overview: CRM Analyst
Elevate is seeking a CRM Analyst to join our team and play an important role in supporting our partnership with Horse Racing League. This position will play an integral role by analyzing, implementing, interpreting, presenting, and communicating data to enhance processes, decision-making, and outcomes for Horse Racing League. The CRM Analyst will effectively support sales enablement and is vital to sales executives as they understand and use CRM to close new business, and equally vital to our service and retention efforts, helping us deepen customer profiles and identify impactful ways to engage our audience. The CRM Analyst will receive direct exposure to and support from the Elevate BI team.
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player and great communicator, who is versed in CRM management, lead development, dashboard creation, data modeling, and ticket sales.

This is an in-office role, based in Austin, TX. This position is expected to attend additional event(s) and/or department events as scheduled throughout the year and may require a limited amount of travel.
What You’ll Do
- Primary CRM Administration; provide day-to-day support and training for users of Elevate’s Salesforce instance
- Use standard and custom Salesforce objects to collect, maintain, and query data that leads to actionable insights for sales leaders
- Assist CRM team with pipeline management, helping sales leaders to make data-driven decisions from current and future sales opportunities
- Execute lead scoring program to prioritize leads based on multiple criteria
- Manage, select, and distribute leads from a variety of lead sources for B2C campaigns
- Collaborate with CRM team and sales leaders to enhance user processes and data integrity
- Assist internal teams, such as Marketing, with list development
- Assist with client CRM engagements, spanning multiple systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.)
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related analytical field preferred
- At least 1+ year of relevant work experience (in a CRM focused role preferred)
- Relevant Salesforce certifications a plus
- Sports and or entertainment industry experience a plus
What Makes You Stand Out
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.), including workflows and customizations
- Familiarity with basic database concepts and the relationships between accounts, contacts, opportunities, and products
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google suites
- Experience using a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI to tell stories with the data
- Self-starter with a positive, “no-quit” attitude
- People-oriented. Ability to collaborate and influence diverse teams. Strong communication skills that can tell the story of the data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Understands the importance of preserving confidentiality

Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based with frequent attendance at events, community engagements, and client meetings
- Minimal travel but may be required for special events or out-of-office appointments
