COORDINATOR,
PREMIUM SERVICES – OVERVIEW:
This Coordinator, Premium Services serves a critical role for the Elevate team operating at Rose Bowl Stadium, tasked with delivering on annual premium seating revenue goals. This Premium Retention Coordinator role will be part of a groundbreaking collaboration between two powerhouse brands in the Rose Bowl and Elevate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Coordinator, Premium Services will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients by delivering a superior level of service. This includes but is not limited to having the ability to initiate phone calls, successfully manage face-to-face appointments, correspond via email, and develop innovative programs that drive client experience. The Premium Retention Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Vice President of Premium Sales.
● Service the Rose Bowl Premium Seating book of business through direct outreach.
● Oversee recruiting, developing and leading the service intern team and internship program.
● Assist the Premium Sales Managers with creating and implementing their in-season service schedules.
● Develop and execute benefits and experiential programming for Premium Seat Members to help drive satisfaction and retention, including the advancement of member touchpoint campaigns.
● Manage and plan all premium event day activations, hosted events – including but not limited to: prospecting, networking, private client, and neighborhood/community events, client and prospect gifting, and other client engagement opportunities as they arise.
● Track management of communication toward benefits execution.
● Oversee the general experiential operation of the Terry Donahue Pavilion and Premium Tailgate on event days, including support and issue resolution.
● Cultivate relationships with prospects, clients and donors through networking events, speaking engagements, one-on-one meals, game invitations, and offsite meetings.
● Service all online premium purchases, including account management, service, and upsells.
● Assist in creating ideas and plans for generating additional revenue.
● Develop hosted events with other entities on campus.
● When opportunities arise, sell new revenue using methods such as phone, email, text, networking, on-site, off-site, and virtual meetings.
● Work with the Premium leadership team to advance and execute the campaigns and events throughout the master calendar.
● Collaborate with campus departments – including, but not limited, to the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation, partnerships, event sales and golf.
● Assist in game day duties, including but not limited to, hosting member events and servicing ticket holder needs.
● Any other duties assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education and/or Experience:
○ Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required
○ 3-4 years of successful service or sales experience
○ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
○ Be able to effectively communicate with clients, donors and C-level clients
○ Resourceful, innovative and forward thinking
○ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
○ Knowledge of Archtics ticketing system, Salesforce, a plus
○ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites a plus
○ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

○ Able to learn and be multi-dimensional based on where the needs are.
○ Goal oriented whether that is around driving revenue, providing service or helping daily operations.
○ Be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruptions.
○ Capable of maintaining discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working Environment
○ The incumbent primarily works in an office environment, however is expected to attend additional athletic event(s) and/or department events as scheduled throughout the year.
