POSITION SUMMARY
Elevate is seeking a Coordinator of Experiences to support the development, procurement, and execution of premium hospitality products across sports, entertainment, and cultural events. Working alongside the Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Delivery & Experience teams, this role helps shape and operationalize premium offerings—from concepting new experience products to sourcing vendors and building turnkey packages that elevate the guest experience.

The Coordinator will support vendor sourcing and procurement (e.g., photographers, transportation, hotels, food and beverage, talent, activity providers), assist in product development and packaging, and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and property partners. This requires strong operational discipline, creativity in product design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate fan insights and market feedback into actionable enhancements.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented experience operator who blends hospitality instincts with logistical expertise. You will support Elevate’s partners by ensuring premium experiences are well-designed, well-sourced, and flawlessly executed—consistently identifying opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, expand offerings, and drive product value. You must bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and a team-first approach.

Responsibilities
Premium Experience Development & Procurement
  • Develop hospitality and VIP experience packages in collaboration with the Commercial Strategy team.
  • Own sourcing and procurement for all experience elements (photographers, creative/design production, transportation, hotels, talent, food and beverage, golf and local curated activities, etc.).
  • Evaluate vendor quality, negotiate pricing, and manage ongoing partner relationships.
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and experience enhancements to elevate product offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Commercial Strategy to negotiate favorable vendor terms, align on budgeting, expense pacing and product positioning.
  • Support the Sales team by preparing experience concepts, quotes, package builds, and product details.
  • Work closely with the On-Site Delivery & Experience team to ensure seamless execution across all guest touchpoints.
Operational Planning & Execution
  • Build detailed event plans, vendor briefs, and activation plans for experience delivery.
  • Manage confirmation timelines, onsite logistics coordination, and quality control processes.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure all experience elements meet Elevate’s standards of excellence.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
  • Work with venue operators, property partners, and local market stakeholders to secure access, permissions, and operational resources.
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with industry partners across sports, entertainment, and events.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that expand Elevate’s experience catalog.
