  • Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets, making real-time optimizations to meet KPI targets
  • Conduct regular audits of campaign setups, tracking implementations, and account structures to ensure accuracy
  • Implement A/B tests across ad creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all campaign launches, including pixel verification, conversion tracking, and UTM implementation
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key metrics and anomalies
  • Troubleshoot technical issues including tracking discrepancies, pixel fires, and platform bugs
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and naming conventions across all platforms
  • Stay current on platform updates, new features, and beta opportunities
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to implement campaign requirements
  • Communicate proactively with Managers and Directors about performance trends, issues, and optimization opportunities
  • Support new client onboarding by setting up accounts, pixels, and tracking infrastructure

Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and/or programmatic platforms (internships and relevant coursework considered)
  • Familiarity with major advertising platforms and their campaign setup processes
  • Basic understanding of tracking implementations including pixels, GTM, and UTM parameters
  • Knowledge of digital media metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and identify trends
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable asking questions and escalating issues appropriately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other platform certifications a plus
