ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR, BRAND CONSULTING – OVERVIEW
This role sits on Elevate’s Brand Consulting team. The Brand Consulting vertical for Elevate focuses on consultative services and building platforms/programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing with domestic and international brands. The Account Supervisor leads day-to-day program operations and project management across assigned brands, including enterprise accounts spanning multiple brands and customer teams, serving as the primary driver of timelines, deliverables, and executional coordination. This role manages activation workflows, aligns cross-functional teams and external partners, and ensures programs are organized, on track, and delivered to a high standard. The Account Supervisor works closely with Account leadership and key stakeholders across strategy, creative, production, and approvals, and reports to the Account Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Lead day-to-day execution and project management of integrated sponsorship and sports marketing programs across assigned brands, including complex, multi-workstream and multi-brand enterprise accounts.
● Manage activation workflows across content, experiential, talent, and retail moments, ensuring alignment with approved scope, strategy, timelines and league commitments.
● Serve as a key day-to-day contact for client and agency partners, maintaining strong working relationships throughout program development and execution.
● Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, production, approvals, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery, clear ownership of deliverables and consistent communication of status and next steps.
● Develop and deliver high-quality presentation materials, including activation plans, timelines, athlete and influencer profiles, event scenarios, and recap reports.
● Oversee end-to-end activation efforts, including event execution and on-site coordination of athletes, influencers, and clients, as applicable.
● Track program budgets, expenses, and deliverables, supporting accurate reconciliation and alignment with client objectives and agency financial goals.
● Maintain up-to-date account management tools, including project trackers, status reports, weekly agendas, and internal documentation.
● Build a strong understanding of client industries, brand priorities, and competitive landscapes to inform executional decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
● 4–7 years of experience in account management, project management, or program operations within sports marketing, sponsorship, or brand partnerships
● Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders
● Agency experience or experience working within a fast-paced, client-facing environment preferred
● Experience supporting consumer brands; CPG and/or retail marketing experience a plus
● Experience supporting enterprise or portfolio accounts with multiple brands and teams strongly preferred
● Experience supporting soccer sponsor programs is highly preferred, including familiarity with MLS / league approval workflows and rights management

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
● A curious mindset with strong work ethic
● Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
● Proven ability to lead day-to-day execution and keep programs organized, on track, and within scope
● Strong understanding of marketing activation workflows, including content, production, experiential, and retail programs
● Ability to coordinate effectively across strategy, creative, production, and approvals teams
● High attention to detail paired with strong follow-through and accountability
● Proactive problem solver who surfaces risks, blockers, and resourcing needs early
● Clear and confident communicator with internal teams and external partners
● Collaborative team player who can adapt to shifting priorities and workload spikes
● Knowledge and experience with Soccer Properties (Properties, Sponsors, Agency, etc.) is a plus
● Knowledge using Asana or project management tool is a plus

Compensation:
The estimated compensation range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
