ROLE - OVERVIEW:Elevate is looking for a strategic, client-focused individual to join our fast-growing Innovation team in the sports and entertainment industry. This role will focus on leveraging Elevate's proprietary consumer insights platform to help clients unlock actionable intelligence that drives fan engagement, brand growth, and revenue optimization. You will analyze fan behavior, segmentation, and engagement trends to identify strategic opportunities for development and revenue. This position requires the ability to translate complex consumer data into clear, actionable strategies that enhance fan experiences, build brand equity, and attract new audiences.
As a trusted advisor to clients, you will develop and nurture relationships to deeply understand their long-term goals, business objectives, and challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution aligns with organizational priorities and deliver strategic recommendations that drive measurable results. This role will support data-driven decision-making and help shape initiatives across fan growth, consumer research, and brand strategy.
The preference is for this position to be based in Elevate offices including Charlotte, New York, Santa Clara, and Nashville. The role will require the ability to travel, and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze fan behavior, segmentation, and engagement trends using Elevate's proprietary consumer insights platform to identify strategic opportunities for client growth and revenue
- Translate complex consumer insights into actionable strategies that enhance fan engagement, build brand equity, and attract new audiences
- Build data-driven presentations and strategic recommendations that communicate findings to executives, department heads, and key stakeholders
- Conduct research on sports and entertainment industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging fan engagement technologies
- Create high-quality visualizations and narrative deliverables that illustrate the stories underlying consumer data
- Develop and nurture client relationships to deeply understand their long-term goals, business objectives, and competitive challenges
- Support cross-functional integration of strategic initiatives, ensuring execution aligns with organizational priorities and delivers measurable results
- Assist in the development of annual strategic planning processes, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for innovation
- Support projects focused on fan growth, planning, and consumer insights that drive revenue and elevate the fan experience
QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education and/or Experience
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field
- Manager Level: Three (3)+ years of work experience in management consulting, consumer insights, market research, corporate strategy, or other relevant role at a leading organization is required
- Previous sports industry experience is a plus, but not required
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong research skills with the ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives and actionable strategies
- Ability to conduct rigorous data analysis resulting in high-quality models, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Effective client relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate client needs
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task with concurrent projects and prioritize under pressure of deadlines
- Ability to develop frameworks and project management tools to guide project approach, timelines, reporting, and decision-making
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity, analytical approach, attention to detail, and results-driven mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and public-speaking experience
- Power user of the MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Power user of the Google Drive suite, including Google Slides & Google Sheets
- Experience with YouGov, GWI, or other consumer insights tools is preferred
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools preferred
- Proficient knowledge of current sports and entertainment landscape, fan engagement technology, and industry trends
