ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, BRAND CONSULTING – OVERVIEW
This role sits on Elevate’s Brand Consulting team. The Brand Consulting vertical for Elevate focuses on consultative services and building platforms/programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing with domestic and international brands. A successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The Account Executive must be a collaborative team player, a strong communicator, and comfortable supporting multiple workstreams and brands simultaneously.

The Account Executive supports day-to-day program operations and execution across assigned brands, assisting with project coordination, activation support, and account management tasks. This role helps maintain timelines, deliverables, and documentation, supports cross-functional coordination, and ensures execution stays aligned with approved scope and strategy, league approvals and rights requirements. The Account Executive reports to an Account Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Support the development and execution of integrated sponsorship and sports marketing programs across assigned brands, including enterprise accounts spanning multiple brands and teams.
● Assist with managing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure programs remain on track and within scope.
● Coordinate with internal teams including strategy, insights, creative, production, approvals, and experiential partners to support seamless execution, clear ownership of next steps and timely handoffs between teams.
● Prepare and maintain presentation materials, including activation plans, athlete and influencer profiles, event and hospitality scenarios, gifting plans, recap reports, and approval or submission documentation as needed for proof of performance.
● Support athlete and influencer research, identification, and recommendations
● Maintain up-to-date account management tools, including trackers, status reports, weekly agendas, and internal documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control and receipt of written approvals.
● Build a working understanding of client industries, products, brand priorities, and competitive landscapes to support effective execution and informed internal recommendations for Account Supervisors.
● Monitor relevant cultural, industry, and competitive trends and surface insights or risks to Account Supervisors.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or program support within sports marketing, sponsorship, or brand partnerships
  • Experience supporting multi-workstream projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Agency experience or experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment preferred
  • Experience supporting consumer brands; CPG and/or retail marketing experience a plus
  • Experience supporting soccer-related programs or sports properties is a plus

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • A curious mindset with strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail and comfort managing detailed trackers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Understanding of marketing activation workflows, including content, production, experiential, and retail programs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across strategy, creative, production, insights, and approvals teams
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to surface risks, blockers, or missing inputs early
  • Clear and professional communicator with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
  • Collaborative team player who can adapt to shifting priorities and workload spikes
  • Knowledge of soccer properties, and sports sponsorships, is a plus

Compensation:
The estimated compensation range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
