ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, BRAND – OVERVIEW
This role sits on Elevate’s Brand team. The Brand vertical for Elevate focuses on consultative services and building platforms/programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing with domestic and international brands. The Account Coordinator will report to the VP, Brand and will be responsible for providing management & activation support across client accounts. A successful candidate will be a proven team player, very proactive, a problem-solver, exceptionally organized and have a strong attention to detail. The individual must thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, be eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Provide account support across the day-to-day management of Elevate’s brand clients, including but not limited to facilitating communication between brands, properties & other agencies
● Prepare account service-related documents including work-plans, status reports, meeting agendas/recaps, project briefs, & other client communications
● Support the development of high-quality presentation materials including activation plans, athlete/influencer profiles, event/hospitality scenarios, hospitality gifting plans, and program recaps
● Coordinate necessary activation logistics to effectively execute relevant client marketing programs (e.g. Hospitality & Guest Experiences, Store Events, Fan Fests, etc.)
● Leverage internal Elevate services & capabilities to provide the necessary resources for specific brand activations & marketing programs
● Build and maintain relationships across the client account(s) to ensure continued collaboration throughout all stages of program development and execution
● Develop & maintain a strong understanding of assigned client’s industry, products/services, & marketing initiatives
● Monitor relevant cultural, industry, and competitive trends; report insights that may impact client strategy
● Attend relevant client meetings, events & activations as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS

A. Education and/or Experience
● Bachelor’s degree
● 1 -3 years of relevant experience (agency or sports experience preferred)
● Experience supporting large scale hospitality programs is highly preferred
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
● A curious mindset with strong work ethic
● Working knowledge and experience within brand management, hospitality management and/or sports marketing
● Strong understanding of the digital and social landscape
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to present ideas, activation plans, and recap results
● Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
● Strong Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) skills
