WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that boundless creativity, rooted in core truths and lived experience, creates transformative experiences for fans, translates a brand to three dimensions, and brings a space to life. We believe that creativity never stops.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The 3D Designer, Experiential is responsible for bringing ideas to life through spatial visualization, modeling, and rendering. You will create compelling 3D environments that communicate design intent across branded spaces, venues, and immersive experiences.

This is not a pure visualization role—you must understand how spaces are designed, built, and experienced.

  • Translate sketches, CAD drawings, and concepts into compelling visualizations

  • Consider scale, lighting, materials, and user experience in all visualizations
  • Support design teams in iterating concepts quickly through 3D
Concept Development
  • Collaborate with designers and creative leads to explore ideas in 3D early in the process
  • Contribute to design ideation through rapid prototyping and visualization
Production Awareness
  • Incorporate real-world constraints (materials, fabrication, installation) into models
  • Prepare files and assets for downstream production and documentation
Collaboration
  • Work closely with experiential designers, architects, and production teams
  • Support client presentations with high-quality visuals and animations

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
  • 2–5 years in 3D design, experiential design, environmental design, or related field
