Role Overview
The VP, Analytics (Revenue, Strategy & Analytics) will lead Elevate’s enterprise analytics strategy with a core mandate to build scalable, repeatable, and productized analytics solutions. This role serves as the centralized Business Intelligence function for Elevate’s long-term property clients while also supporting analytics needs across Elevate’s other verticals.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to turn analytics developed for one client into standardized solutions deployed across many clients, driving revenue impact and operational efficiency at scale. Equally critical is the ability to develop, mentor, and elevate the next generation of analytics talent within Elevate.
Key Responsibilities:
Scalable Client-Facing Business Intelligence
- Act as the executive analytics lead for Elevate’s long-term property clients, functioning as an extension of their BI and revenue analytics teams.
- Advise teams on ticket pricing, game tiering, inventory strategy, and the building of the ticketing product ecosystem.
- Advise teams on partnership strategy, campaign alignment, rate card analysis, and the building of the partnership technology stack.
- Deliver standardized analytics frameworks for clients and internal Elevate verticals for lead scoring, renewal propensity, revenue forecasting, goal planning, and performance management.
- Ensure all client solutions are built for replication and scale, avoiding one-off or bespoke analytics where possible.
- Present insights and recommendations to client executives, ownership groups, and boards.
Analytics Productization & Scale
- Productize successful client analytics into repeatable models, dashboards, templates, and playbooks.
- Establish shared KPI definitions, data models, and methodologies that can be reused across clients and verticals.
- Partner with technology and product teams to enable scalable analytics platforms and self-service BI.
Lateral Support Across Elevate
- Provide analytics leadership and consultation across Elevate’s verticals, ensuring consistency in metrics and approach.
- Support new business with pipeline analytics metrics.
Revenue & Predictive Analytics
- Lead predictive modeling for lead scoring, renewal scoring, churn risk, customer lifetime value, and revenue forecasting.
- Develop scenario modeling and pacing frameworks to support pricing, inventory strategy, and growth planning.
Team Leadership, Mentorship & Governance
- Build and lead a centralized analytics team designed to support multiple clients efficiently.
- Actively mentor and develop junior and mid-level analytics talent, setting clear standards for analytical rigor, business acumen, and client communication.
- Create a learning-oriented environment where analysts grow from tactical execution to strategic thinking and client-facing leadership.
- Review work product, coach storytelling and insight delivery, and ensure consistent professional development across the team.
- Establish standards for data quality, governance, documentation, and insight delivery.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business analytics, BI, or data science with senior leadership responsibility.
- Proven ability to scale analytics solutions across multiple clients or business units.
- Proven ability to create and evaluate the ticketing ecosystem, including dynamic pricing, product setup, and inventory strategy.
- Deep experience in predictive analytics for business-side sports team revenue, sales, and retention.
- Strong executive communication skills and client-facing presence.
- Experience in sports business consultative or professional services environments.
Preferred: Experience in sports, live entertainment, or subscription-based businesses; advanced degree; familiarity with CRM and ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Ticketmaster, AXS).
